Chapter 1

None of the code here is necessary. This chapter mainly deals with use of the phpMyAdmin tool to build databases by hand. The SQL code here builds the database described in the chapter. See the next chapter for information on how to write SQL code to build the databases by hand. The code is simply provided here if you're curious.
